The renovation honors its historic charm while introducing rich, European touches, restored coffered ceilings, handcrafted tilework, designer finishes, and custom millwork throughout. Featuring a gourmet kitchen with French doors for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow on to a huge newly built deck creates true outdoor living. The house features smart home technology with control of lights, cameras, speaker systems, and more from a smart tablet. This project was featured in several publications including NBC Open House.
