1910s Craftsman Renovation

Renovation of a 1910 Craftsman on a large lot, focused on preserving original character while updating the home for modern living.

The main house was reworked to improve flow and bring in more natural light, including vaulted ceilings and a more open layout. Kitchen, bathrooms, and finishes were fully rebuilt with durable materials and clean execution.

A detached 1BD/1BA ADU was added with its own entrance, kitchenette, and laundry hookups, creating flexible use for guests, rental, or workspace.

The project also included a dining patio and a fully usable yard, supporting indoor-outdoor living and making the lot function as a complete property.
