President & CEO
Sam Salameh
As a Los Angeles native, Sam grew up surrounded by construction, architecture, and design, which led him to earn a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Since then, he and his team at ATS Construction have completed over 1,000 residential, commercial, and public works projects, while also developing more than 100 homes throughout Los Angeles.
With a background in both construction and real estate development, Sam brings a design-focused approach that goes beyond building. His work has been featured in publications and television, including Dwell, Elle Décor, Curbed LA, and NBC Open House, and he has worked with clients including Simon Cowell and The Kardashians.

GM & Client Solutions
Wael Alhamwi
With over 10 years of combined experience in construction and engineering, Wael oversees company operations from initial client meetings to project execution. He works closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to develop proposals, manage budgets and timelines, and guide projects from blueprint to final contract.
His strong technical background, paired with a hands-on approach to client relationships and operations, helps ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
