This was a 1920s home that needed a full rebuild inside.
Low ceilings, outdated layout, and systems that were no longer working.

In collaboration with designer Patrick Maziarski, we took the house down to the studs and added 200 sq ft to improve the layout. The ceilings were opened up into vaulted ceilings to bring in more light and make the space feel larger and more usable.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and finishes were fully rebuilt with custom cabinetry, millwork, and durable materials, focusing on details that hold up over time, not just how it looks on day one.
