START WITH A CALL
We begin with a call to understand your situation. Whether you’re building a new home or rebuilding after a loss, we’ll talk through where you are and what you need.
We’ll cover:

whether you already have plans, an architect, or need guidance

WALKTHROUGH
We visit the property and walk the space together, including your architect if you have one. We take a closer look at the structure, layout, and any site conditions.
This important step helps us understand the full scope and prepare a realistic estimate

ESTIMATE
We prepare an estimate and go over it with you. In the estimate you will see:

Scope of work

Key cost items
-
Project timeline

Payment schedule
We explain how the final number comes together and answer your questions, and if you’re looking at other bids, you’ll know what you’re comparing

PREPARING TO START
When you are ready to move forward, we will finalize the construction agreement and schedule the start of your project.
At this stage, we:

sign the contract

collect the initial payment

coordinate scheduling and next steps

CONSTRUCTION
Construction begins, and we take it from there.
We deal with permits, logistics, and all the hard parts, so you can focus on the fun design decisions.
You'll have a dedicated project manager, updates, photos, and site visits along the way.
06
FINAL WALKTHROUGH & WARRANTY
When the project is complete, we walk through the home together. This is the moment everything comes together.
We review every detail, take care of any final touch-ups, and make sure everything feels right.
After that, you're covered with a warranty (in most cases), so if anything comes up, we'll be there to take care of it.
