Le Gray —
1960's Mid Century Renovation

This project involved a full layout transformation and renovation of a 1960s Mid-Century home. The existing floor plan was reworked to improve flow and functionality, with large windows added to bring in more natural light.

The scope included new siding, hardwood flooring, a custom walnut kitchen, and updated finishes throughout. The original fireplace was restored as part of the design.

Outdoor space was also expanded with a new deck and a lower-level firepit area, creating a usable extension of the home.

The result is a fully updated home that performs to modern standards while maintaining its original character.
