Lewis — Altadena Fire Rebuild

This is a full fire rebuild in Altadena after the Eaton Fire, currently under construction. The project includes a main house, a pool house, and a detached ADU, along with a new pool and full site work.

One of the more complex parts is the basement in the main house. Building below grade requires precise planning, especially for waterproofing. It has to be done right from the start, since fixing it later is difficult and expensive.

We’re handling the construction, inspections, and coordination throughout the project, keeping everything organized and moving forward. The client stays involved at key points, without having to manage the day-to-day process.
